We guide individuals on a full-spectrum wellness journey by addressing the root cause of one’s “dis-ease” and assist in restoring balance so the body can do what it was divinely designed to do- "heal itself".  My goal is to help each client Reignite their Energy into Vitality.

Purpose

How: 

Through intentional coaching, soul-affirming language, and holistic cutting-edge tools and modalities, REVitNOW™ empowers people to rediscover their worth, reclaim their health, and reconnect to who they were always meant to be. At REVitNOW™ we become curious and ask the important thought-provoking questions only YOU and your body, at the deep cellular level, are able to answer. We explore the many aspects of “the wholeness of wellness” of life. We address the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, relational, financial, environmental arenas that are rarely addressed in totality. As we become balanced and our bodies heal, we are able to work, live and move optimally.

What :

We believe transformation begins with facing into the truth, continues with courage, and blossoms through consistent care of body, mind, and soul in a safe space to express.  This is not a one-size-fits-all path. It’s a personalized process of re-becoming, where every 'Re-' word becomes a stepping stone back to the sacred self.

At REVitNOW™ we start with a Re-Examining and Re-Addressing.  As we progress together you will notice the Reigniting of your Energy into Vitality.
