I am The Possibility Catalyst™.
I look forward to beginning with you—understanding how you think, what you believe, what influences you, what energizes you, what depletes you, what may be getting in your way, and what becomes possible when you begin to see yourself and your circumstances more clearly and are able to dream big dreams again.
I am a curious, broad-based, integrative thinker with strong pattern recognition. I tend to notice connections, contributing factors, and relationships across areas of life that may not initially appear connected.
My work is highly observational and intuitive, but it is also grounded in decades of learning, independent research, postgraduate work, training, courses, collaborations, lived experience, and an ever-expanding body of integrative knowledge and approaches.
I listen.
I observe.
I ask questions.
I become curious about what may be happening and what might not yet have been considered.
This work is individualized, not formulaic.
Together, we explore your goals, dreams, concerns, challenges, losses, and sorrows—and what matters most to you now.Where vitality has been depleted and forward momentum has stalled, we look at what may be getting in the way and clear the path in order for you to reach your goals. From there, I customize a plan for you based on what you have shared about your needs, goals, circumstances, and season of life, drawing from the integrative tools, modalities, frameworks, wellness programs, and specific protocols that may be most relevant to you—individually or in combination.
Because ultimately, vitality is not simply about feeling better.
Vitality is about having the capacity to participate more fully and vibrantly in the life you have been given.
It is having the energy to thrive.

Mission
REVitNOW™ exists to reignite energy into vitality by exploring possible contributing factors, patterns, influences, and root causes that may be depleting your capacity to thrive. We create greater awareness and discernment in support of meaningful momentum across the whole of your life.
Purpose
My purpose is to create an environment which supports greater clarity, renewed possibility, resilience, restoration, and a fuller experience of life.
I believe we were created with an extraordinary capacity to heal and thrive when given the right support, tools, and circumstances.
Why We Look at the Whole Person
We are systemic and synergistic beings. One part of us can influence another part of us.
This is why we address the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, relational, financial, and environmental areas of your life.
I often think of life like a wheel.
Most of the spokes may be strong while one may be weakened, depleted, or out of balance because of one or more life influences. When that happens, the other spokes may begin carrying more of the load.
Over time the wheel can begin to wobble, and under sustained pressure, break down or even collapse.
We must start somewhere.
Not every area needs attention at once.
Not every spoke is a problem.
Sometimes giving proper attention to one imbalance can positively influence the whole. Other times, a multi-pronged approach is needed.
What matters is discovering what is relevant for you.
How we work
At REVitNOW™, we begin with curiosity rather than assumption.
We look for patterns, influences, connections, and possible root causes while paying attention to what your body and your life may be communicating.
From there, we discern what deserves attention and what kind of support may be most useful.
We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all formula.
Your plan is customized just for you.
Why Vitality Matters
Vitality gives us the capacity to participate more fully in our lives—to engage, create, contribute, love, learn, serve, pursue meaningful goals, and respond to what life asks of us.
I believe wellness is so much larger than the absence of illness.
Health is not about rigid perfection. It is about creating a resilient foundation that allows life to be lived with greater wisdom, freedom, and balance.
This is not about pushing harder, doing more, or performing your way into wellness.
It is about creating an environment in which the nervous system can settle, the body can move toward greater regulation, and its natural processes of restoration and healing can be better supported.
Health serves life. Life does not exist to serve health.
I also care deeply about generational wellness—the belief that the awareness, choices, healing, growth, and wisdom we cultivate today can influence the people we love, our families, and our broader sphere of influence. We have the ability to make a difference in our health and leave a priceless legacy for future generations, whether through biological family or chosen connection.
We all need restoration in some area of our lives.
We all need courage when stepping into something unfamiliar.
And most of the time, we need someone alongside us who can create a safe space for us and has the capacity and breadth to truly listen to us.
And sometimes we simply need to ask:
What else might be possible?
Because my ultimate goal is to support you in reaching the goals that matter to you, I am not at all averse to looking beyond my own realm when additional support may serve you better. When appropriate, I will assist you in identifying resources or professionals who may be better suited to support you in a particular area.
To witness a client Reignite their Energy into Vitality and experience an aliveness they may not have previously imagined is one of my life’s greatest blessings.
